My name is Terri, founder of The Dream Maker NZ – Elopement Consultant Services, and a Registered New Zealand Marriage and Civil Union Celebrant.

I believe beautiful celebrations should be available to every couple, not just those with big budgets, although I never turn those away either. Love is not defined by how much you spend, and your ceremony should never feel out of reach. My approach is simple: create something meaningful, personal, and unforgettable, without unnecessary stress or expense. I bring over 15 years of experience, a calm presence, and a knack for making people feel instantly at ease. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a barefoot beach ceremony, or something wonderfully wild and outside the box, I’ll help you shape a day that feels completely like you.

My celebrant style is warm, light-hearted, and deeply personal. I love weaving together your story with touches of nature, meaningful rituals, and just the right amount of magic — never overdone, always genuine. As a seasoned elopement consultant, I also open the doors to trusted contacts, insider knowledge, and practical guidance, so you can focus on what truly matters: each other.
