WEATHER: The local weather conditions can have a dramatic influence on your event. As a professional event planner, I make sure that a great Plan B is in place.
THE TIDE TIMES: Its important to look at the tide times before sending out your invites or booking your time. The best to hold a beach front event is at least 2 to 3 hours after the high tide. Tide heights do differ depending on the faze of the moon so be careful to discuss this with an expert
MOUNTAIN & HELI WEDDINGS & EVENTS: the weather might look great from the ground but the pilots will make the final decision to fly. They have to consider cross winds and thick cloud.
*CONDITIONS APPLY: All services are based on a couple only, other guests will be priced accordingly, travel & a Marriage/Civil license are the couples responsibility (with help from me)

How it all works
CONTACT ME: Because I’m often working in remote locations, without internet abilities and with global couples, I do make myself available outside normal New Zealand business hours and can happily arrange a whatsapp (or similar) conversation at a mutually agreeable time with an appointment.
